The WomenOverseas Mental Health CheerUp was founded in March 2024 by three members. It aims to encourage women to pay attention to their mental health and enhance their sense of well-being through engaging activities and enriching content.

The overall design of the activity made me feel unusually comfortable and relaxed, and the alternation between practice and discussion was also well arranged. I learned some very useful techniques for handling confrontations, but the most rewarding part was that this activity gave me a different perspective for thinking about and observing interpersonal interactions.
I really liked Teacher Duan's event planning. The overall flow was very smooth, and the experience was great. The many pair work sections also made me feel very safe.
I really enjoyed the experience of practicing with everyone in a friendly and safe environment. The meditation practice in the event was also great!
